The Company develops, produces, and distributes motorised two-wheelers, including motorcycles and electric two-wheeled vehicles, under the KTM, GASGAS and Husqvarna brands. The Company also produces components under the WP brand. Following Bajaj Auto's acquisition of a controlling stake, the Company was renamed Bajaj Mobility AG in January 2026
