The investment objective of this Fund is to provide investors with a total return, taking into account both capital and income returns, which reflects the return of the FTSE EPRA/Nareit Developed Dividend + Index. The Benchmark Index measures the performance of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) and Real Estate Holding and Development companies from developed countries world-wide and includes those stocks that have a forecasted dividend yield of equal or greater than 2%. Income is reinvested into the fund.
