The fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the NYSE Arca Biotechnology Index, before fees and expenses. The modified equally-weighted index is design to measure the performance of a cross section of companies in the biotechnology industry that are primarily involved in the use of biological processes to develop products or provide services. The fund attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Investment Manager will seek to do this by replicating so far as possible the investments in the Index. Income is reinvested into the fund.
