The fund is passively managed and has an index replicating objective. The fund seeks to provide investors with a total return, taking into account capital and income returns, which reflects the return of an equity index called the NASDAQ AlphaDEX United Kingdom Index. The fund invests primarily in equity securities that are included in the Index. The fund attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Investment Manager will seek to do this by trying to replicate the Index by holding in similar proportions the equity securities in the Index. Income is distributed.
