The fund aims to tracks the performance of the FTSE All-Share Index. The fund will invest at least 90% in shares that are included in the FTSE All-Share Index. The fund is constrained by the Index and will hold an optimised portfolio to track the returns of the IndexTo the extent that the fund is not fully invested in shares which are included in the Index, the fund may be invested in shares of companies which in the investment managers opinion are reasonably expected to become part of the Index The fund may also obtain an indirect exposure to these shares by investing in other transferable securities or collective investment schemes
