The fund is a passively managed exchange traded Fund that aims to track the performance of the Solactive Core United States Large & Mid Cap Index NTR (the Index), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the fund. The Index is designed to be a benchmark for the U.S. equity market and measures the performance of large and mid-cap publically traded U.S. companies which satisfy minimum criteria relating to liquidity and size and excludes companies in the Investment Managers Future World Protection List. Income is reinvested into the fund.
