The Bank’s business is concentrated in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and is subject to the general economic conditions of that area. The Bank’s primary market for deposit customers is in Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada, although the Bank accepts deposits from deposit listing services as needed to support its funding needs. The Bank’s lending operations are carried out in local market area, comprised of Nevada, California, Utah, and Arizona, and across the United States primarily through the origination and servicing of the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) loans. Its Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans include SBA 504 loan program, SBA 7(a) loan program, USDA B&I loan program, and others.
