Greenland Mines Ltd, formerly Klotho Neurosciences, Inc., is a natural resources company. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of the Skaergaard Project. It operates with two operating divisions Natural Resources and Cell and Gene Therapy. The Natural Resources division is focused on the exploration and development of the Skaergaard Project in Southeast Greenland, which is undeveloped palladium, gold, and platinum deposits. It operates three Mineral Exploration Licenses (MEL): MEL 2007-01, MEL 2012-25, and MEL 2021-10. The Company holds, through its acquisition of Greenland Mines Corp., an 80% interest in, and option to acquire the remaining 20% of, the Skaergaard Project. The Cell and Gene Therapy division includes the Company's KLTO-202 primary indication for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig’s Disease).
