This company, together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, sells second-hand merchandise primarily in retail stores located in the United States, Canada and Australia. It purchases second-hand textiles, shoes, accessories, housewares, books and other goods from its non-profit partners, either directly or via community donation centres at its stores as well as through GreenDrop locations. It then processes, selects, prices, merchandise and sells these items in its stores. Items that are not sold to its retail customers are marketed to wholesale customers.
